Our Goal: Quality & Consistency To provide a high-quality, cost-effective learning environment, our backflow training courses rely on a precise student-to-instructor ratio. Because these sessions require extensive logistics and equipment setup, we must ensure each class meets its minimum attendance goal to proceed.

1. The Importance of Your Seat

When you register for a small-capacity course, your presence is the "anchor" for the session. Your enrollment is what allows the class to move forward for everyone; therefore, we require a firm commitment to attend.

2. Standard Cancellation Window

If you need to modify your registration, the following terms apply:

• 10+ Business Days’ Notice: Full refund issued.

• Within 9 Business Days: Full tuition is charged.

Note: Winstel Controls / Backflow 911 reserves the right to reschedule any class if minimum enrollment is not maintained.

3. "Guaranteed to Hold" Policy

Once a course meets its minimum requirement and you receive a Small Class Notification, your seat becomes critical. Because a single withdrawal would force us to reschedule the training for the entire group, the following rules apply once you confirm your attendance:

• Non-Refundable: Registration fees become non-refundable and non-transferable.

• The "No-Drop" Rule: To protect the schedules of your fellow students, we cannot offer credits or rescheduling once you have agreed to attend.

4. Attendance Commitment

We understand that "life happens," but once you confirm your attendance following a small-course notification, failure to attend or attempting to cancel will result in the loss of payment. This policy ensures we can honor our promised schedule for the other professionals who have paid and cleared their calendars to attend.
