What you need to know before registering for any Backflow Training Course !

1. The Backflow Certification Course involves learning a significant volume of backflow theory and hands-on troubleshooting skills.

2. Requirement: All participants without 5 years of technical background in plumbing or a related field shall contact us at 878-222-5356 prior to registration. Students will need approval from our administrator to attend any backflow certification course. Ohio Certification requires approval from The Ohio DOC Backflow Board. (See our information page for all Ohio and ASSE Requirements)

3. Required Preparation: Students must obtain training materials well in advance of the course and begin answering the course study guide questions before attending class.

4. Registration Note (For the Payer): If registering someone else, please ensure the attendee receives their training materials promptly and is aware of the requirement to begin studying the course guide questions immediately.

By submitting this form you are granting Backflow 911 the right to charge your credit card for payment of services. Refunds will not be issued for students failing to successfully pass a written and an oral examination. You also agree that Backflow 911 is authorized to charge credit card for payment and that falsifying credit card payment information may lead to prosecution. If you fail to attend class you are still responsible for payment. If you cancel 10 business days before the first day of the class you will be issued a full refund, If you cancel within 9 business days of the first day of class, you will be charged for the class whether you attend or not. Backflow 911 Reserves the right to cancel any class and reschedule it to a later date of their choosing.

2) We encourage students to obtain their training materials prior to attending the backflow tester certification course.
3) If you are registering for someone else, please inform the person your register that training materials are available before class begins if payment has been received.

Payment Policy for the Backflow Training School

1) All payments must be made 7 days before class begins. Otherwise, unpaid students are not allowed to attend the class.
2) If any student wishes to pay for the school with a purchase order, approval to do so must first be granted by the Backflow 911
3) Payment must be received 7 days before the class begins; otherwise, the student's seat will be forfeited.
4) NO REFUND or CREDIT will be provided for any student that fails to attend the course, fails to attend the minimum state-required hours, or fails to successfully pass any course requirement exam.
5) Cancellation of the course within 10 days before the class scheduled start date will not receive a refund.
